The owner, drawing from years of hands-on experience in organizational leadership and direct service roles, recognized the need for a business that truly puts people first—both the individuals served and those providing the services.
With a multifaceted background that includes a collective of 15 years of experience in Home and Community-Based Services leadership roles supporting adults with I/DD, dual diagnoses, mental health, direct care, crisis management contact and training, and care management supporting children with autism, the owner brings a wealth of diverse, practical knowledge and compassion to the work. Their educational foundation in completed BCBA coursework and a master’s degree in education along with ongoing professional development further enhances their ability to design person-centered solutions that truly make a difference.
