Person Centered Business Solutions, LLC (PCBS) is committed to providing ethical, person-centered, and evidence-informed consulting services within applicable professional and licensing requirements.

The owner and consultant of PCBS is not currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or independently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She has completed graduate-level coursework in behavior analysis and is currently completing supervised fieldwork toward BCBA certification and Kansas behavior analyst licensure under the supervision of a Kansas-licensed behavior analyst.

PCBS does not represent the owner or its services as independent BCBA or LBA services. Services are provided within the consultant’s current education, training, experience, scope of practice, and applicable supervision and licensing requirements.

Services offered by PCBS are primarily focused on organizational performance, systems improvement, person-centered practices, staff development, training, and consulting for human-service organizations. Where services involve behavioral principles or practices, they are provided consistent with applicable professional standards, supervision requirements, and Kansas law.
